After our mom passed away, our family called the same realtor our mother had used 14 years prior to purchase her home. No mistake! Jean and her " secret weapon", Bob promptly met with the four of us. I have worked with Jean twice - buying a house in 2013 and selling the same house in 2022. Both times I had a great experience. For the 2022 transaction I had run into a snag where a potential buyer fell through. The next day I had another potential buyer come about through my church. Their daughter wanted to tour the house (the buyers were out of town and their daughter was going to FaceTime them during the walk through). However, the potential buyer's realtor was unavailable for the walk through. Jean stepped up and performed the walk through on behalf of the buyer realtor. Two days later we had a signed contract. 9 weeks later the transaction was finalized and in addition to selling a house, the potential buyers are now an integral part of my church!! While I attribute this transaction to God (as His hand was all through it), I am grateful that Jean stepped up and went above and beyond to make this transaction happen. Thank you Jean!!

Jean was very instrumental in selling our childhood home quickly after placing it on the market, while at the same time helping us navigate all the feelings associated with the change. She gave sound advice about preparing the house for the market. We made some suggestions of our own while formulating the sale and she listened to us. Myself and my siblings we so fortunate to have been introduced to Jean and Bob. We learned of them through a family friend who couldn’t have had enough great things to say about them. Selling our childhood home was much more personal than other real estate transactions. Initially, we considered selling privately, but after some research we found there was much more than installing a sign in the front lawn. We called Jean and set up our initial appointment. It was at that appointment that Jean asked each of us for our personal stories of living here and we responded with a few of our greatest memories. It was also at this meeting that Jean asked of our expectations and outcome of the whole process. After making a few suggestions her and Bob got to work on a plan to move forward. They both thought the home was in beautiful shape but offered a few suggestions to boost appeal. Jeans understanding of consumer trends and Bob’s knowledge of current code requirements was the perfect compliment. After we completed the punch-list the house was ready to list. With several showings Jean’s organizational skills were evident. She interacted with the buyers agent and kept each of us updated real-time of appointment showings, walk-through feedback, and purchase offers. Ultimately we accepted an offer, one that would be higher than the asking price, and our house was sold. It was a pleasure to be represented by Bob and Jean.

Jean has been our real estate guardian angel for more than 20 years now and I would sincerely never call anyone else in the area when it's time to buy and sell our homes. Jean and Bob were instrumental in equipping us so that we made the right decisions as we went through the process of finding housing. They steered us to properties and got us in touch with builders. During the building of the house they shared their insights helping us through the design phase and the building phase. They also advocated for us and made sure everything was going as planned. Jean was very professional and kept me informed as to how the listing was progressing. The house sold within the first week and it was determined that the closing would be about 8 weeks out. There was a snag with the lending institution which was quickly resolved. The closing date finally came 4 weeks later than expected, but thanks to Jean keeping all parties on track, it all came together nicely.
